Free after school program for middle schoolers

This fun and free program will focus on healthy living, including increasing nutrition, increasing physical activity, and reducing screen time. Seven weeks of activities will include:

–> Cooking Classes with a Guest Chef
–> Visit Island Athletic Club for Yoga & Movement Classes
–> Learn Culinary Knife Skills
–> Gardening at Good Cheer
–> Swimming at IAC
–> Rock Fit Outdoor Training
–> Grocery Shopping
–> Zumba Fitness Class
–> Hiking & Foraging in Saratoga Woods
–> Sailing Aboard the S.E.A. Vessel

Tuesdays & Thursdays, October 5 – November 18, except Veteran’s Day. Transportation is available.  We also have a healthy lifestyles program going for Grades 4 – 5; it’s not too late to sign up! Contact South Whidbey Parks & Rec. for more info.
